AnnaWigs strives to provide a pleasurable shopping experience and superior customer service to all of our customers.If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and contact us via email. We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the item. Please be noted that the unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and wigs eligible for a return must be those which are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in its original condition - with original package & tag attached.

If the returning is on our responsibility (such as: Shipped wrong products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after we receive your return;


If the returning is on buyer’s responsibility (such as:Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size, Damage or delay of irresistible factor), we will deduct $20% of the order from your refund as loss of freight & handling fee.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally you will receive your money within 3-5 days.

3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package is received your return will be completed.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.

3. Accessories and beach towels cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue.

1. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2. How long do I have to make a return?
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered.
3.Are there any items excluded from the return policy?
  • Accessories and beach towels can be only exchanged if there is a quality issue.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, are missing tags and/or hygiene seals, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
4. What should I do if I need to request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact customer service for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. Please note, items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery.
5. What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.
6. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original account or as a RosyQueen Cash Coupon**, which can be used as store credit.

7. Can I refund a Gift Card?

No, Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of www.rosyqueen.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
